The fund is governed through three bodies: the Board of Trustees (highest decisions), the Executive Board (day-to-day work) and the Audit Commission (financial oversight). The aim is transparency, collegiality and effectiveness.

Dear partners, the Executive Board manages the fund’s day-to-day work: budget execution, programmes and international projects. Chair: N. Salayev. Every decision is grounded in collegiality and transparency.
